Historic timeline
Four milestones. One continuing story.
1967
The beginning
Established as Khulna Engineering College under the University of Rajshahi.
1974
Campus comes to life
Academic activities began, opening a new chapter for engineering education in Khulna.
1986
BIT, Khulna
The institution became the autonomous Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Khulna.
2003
KUET
The institute was upgraded and renamed Khulna University of Engineering & Technology.
